Our fully equipped workshop facility has been built with no expense spared and created with the philosophy that it is “the heart of the operation” and that customer service is the main focus.
We at Tamworth Yamaha believe you, the customer, deserve the reassurance that your machine is in good hands and with our fully glazed workshop facility you can have the peace of mind that your machine is in the best possible hands.
Our service department can cater for all your maintenance needs, from annual servicing right through to the most intricate of machine specific tasks. Our technicians are Yamaha Academy trained which includes constant refresher courses ensuring we are 100% familiar with every aspect of your Yamaha.
Although we are not an engine tuning centre, we are renowned for our fast road/track bike preparation as well as our “specials” (see Bespoke Bikes). Our close relationships with the World’s best “performance parts suppliers” allow us to offer you the facility to upgrade your machine to the highest standards correctly and with the most effective results. We are an Akrapovic and Termignoni performance centre which allows us access to additional data allowing the optimum increase from these machine upgrades.
As our customer, we feel you should not be punished for caring for your machine and offer a collection and delivery service for all works carried out removing any disruption to your daily routine. Alternatively, you can wait with your machine in our first class showroom and view your machine through the glazed workshop. A loan bike fleet is also available, again in an attempt to not disrupt your schedule.
